We have worked closely with the landlord Berwick Hill properties to design their office buildings and to create CAT A+ office suites. The refurbishment comprised the reception areas, toilets, communal areas, staircases and office suites in buildings 1 and 2. The scheme we created is contemporary with an industrial feel, to welcome a range potential tenants.
We utilised existing planters and introduced light new desking. The grey teapoint adds tone to the scheme. Warm undertones in the tile add a high-end touch. High end shower facilities stand the test of time and deliver for tenants under long-term usage, as well as appealing to new clients.
