Incyte brief was to create a modern and fresh space to relocate their UK Head Office. We have designed a space that fits within Incyte's culture. The design is inspired by the hexagonal molecules. The meet and greet are is welcoming with calming colours. The meeting rooms create a feature in the centre of the space. The open plan workstations are arranged in a fan-like clusters to break up the space and allow for collaboration between the teams. The café has a different feel from the office and it encourages the team to interact and collaborate.
We created a balence between lively colour, and professional aptitude through our use of toned colours on fabrics and flooring choices. Low level storage provided the opportunity to bring biofilia with planter boxes. Graphic wall murals relate the office space back to the cutting-edge science Incyte carries out around the world.
