We created a bright and industrial CAT A+ scheme. We left the authentic concrete columns exposed, as they played off well against the rich Spitalfields views out of the beautiful crittall windows. We chose neutral upholstery fabrics to welcome any incoming brands that want to put their mark on the space. We chose a contrasting and richly patterned carpet for the large meeting room to create buzz. Our timeless design treatment continued to the service spaces, we specified metro tiles with black borders, to reference the early 20th century heritage of the building itself.
We created meeting rooms and quiet rooms to support the hybrid ways of working. The space has been let to the fashion brand Oh Polly.
