Lebara moved to the Republic building in London. The interiors drew inspiration from the cosmopolitan demographics of Lebara's employees. The space is a representation of the journey of a migrating bird with the Sky Zone being the Reception / meet & Greet area, the Tree zone" being the open plan area and the "Water zone" being the Café / breakout space. The choice of materials played an important role to create the different moods for the different zones. Activity based working has been introduced within the office design through a variety of work settings; from plug and play benches to booths and quiet rooms.
