Boutique Capitol Partners Palamon downsized into a new west-end space that matched their all-senior structure. The design was guided by positive thinking principles. As green is the colour of growth, we tastefully incorporated touches alongside the beautiful neutral textures. Incorporating some of the original fine artwork Palamon have was central to the project. We found opportunities like the small meeting room and even on the slatted wall in the central collaboration space pictured below.
We re-utilised existing pieces to maximise sustainability. The meeting room table has a marquetry band, this new millennium trend is from when office design referenced art-deco design. We also reused the feature round pendents pictured across the project, a re-use that looks effortless, as the pendants are of such sound design.
